I attended 3 times with judy for arthritis in feet. She was late every time and no apology. Not friendly. She did not make up lost time at the end. She did not address my need and knew exactly what I needed. I will never recommend this facility as there are massage places all over.

Heather always does an amazing job with my facials. She explains what she is doing as she is doing it, makes recommendations on products that would be beneficial for your specific skin concerns, and is always pleasant. The front desk staff has been helpful and friendly when I’ve needed to pause my account or call in to schedule an appointment.

They charged me 70 to reschedule and they have no empathy or care in the world to help you out. They are ready to fight tooth and nail for every dollar in your bank account, they seem to really need it. And the Karen at the front desk is the nastiest lady in Estero be prepared for a confrontation.

First I would like to state my massage therapist is wonderful .The girls at the desk were polite and courteous. I was really taken aback when I was told the company went up in price once again! I was not notified. This has happened twice in the last year..I am a member and was expecting a discount in price. But I am now rethinking if I should continue my membership. When the price is now higher than other places. Without membership involved. Very greedy company. I have been a member for years and this is how we are treated. Very disappointing.

Have an amazing experience every time I go! A wonderful young girl at the front desk named Maddy was so helpful and respectful & always has the best attitude whenever I come in. I definitely recommend this spa

I’m visiting from out of town and gosh, did I get lucky!!! The stars aligned and Trisha was my massage therapist. She helped me physically and mentally. I had an excellent experience with the HR director Jen. There was a mixup and she went above and beyond with making everything better. There are some good masseuses here it’s just a matter of trying different ones until you find the right fit for you. Some of them don’t use much pressure so make sure to express your preferences for pressure etc. The only downside has been the employee turnover, but hopefully retention will improve with new management.

After seeing all the negative reviews for this place I figured I would still give them the benefit of the doubt and try it. What a mistake! Would give this place zero stars if I could. They charged me for an hour massage but only gave me a 46 minute one. The massage itself was subpar. When I complained, the manager would not even come out and speak to me after I requested him to. They would not knock down the price at the very least. They told me they were going to watch camera footage to see when my massage began. Umm excuse me, where are these cameras because they better not be in the treatment rooms!! Embarrassing operation. Will never go back.
